Ingenious Asset Management Ltd ('IAM' or the 'Manager'), part of the Ingenious group and whose division, Ingenious Ventures, is investment manager to Ingenious Media Active Capital Limited ('IMAC' or the 'Company') has today informed IMAC's board of directors that one of the Manager's directors, Sanjay Wadhwani, has decided to leave the Ingenious group. Mr Wadhwani joined the Ingenious group in 2000, working initially with Ingenious Corporate Finance Ltd, until joining Ingenious Ventures Ltd as a director in 2006. Mr Wadhwani will continue to work with IAM to effect a smooth transition of his responsibilities.
Ingenious Media's chief executive, Patrick McKenna said 'I would like to thank Sanjay for his contribution to Ingenious Media over the last 9 years and we wish him well for the future.'
IAM also announces that Duncan Reid, Ingenious group's commercial director and an existing member of IAM's investment committee, will join IAM's board of directors.
