The total number of ordinary shares of nil par each of Ingenious Media Active Capital Limited in issue at the date of this notice is 144,402,402.
The Company holds 1,233,939 shares in treasury and therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 143,168,463.
The above figure of 143,168,463 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
