The Company announces that from 2009 and in subsequent years, the 31 March audited Net Asset Value will be announced via an RNS within 4 months of the year-end or as soon as possible thereafter.
This varies the disclosure in the Company's Admission Document which stated that such disclosure would be made within 90 days of year-end or as soon as possible thereafter. The board of the Company have approved the change in response to the time required to prepare group consolidated accounts under International Financial Reporting Standards.
