Transaction in own shares
Ingenious Media Active Capital Limited (the 'Company') announces that on 22 July 2008 it purchased for cancellation 92,000 Ordinary Shares of nil par each in the Company at an average price, before expenses, of 48.5 pence.
As a result of these purchases and cancellations, the Company has 144,852,402 Ordinary Shares of nil par each in issue.
