Transaction in own shares and total voting rights
Ingenious Media Active Capital Limited (the 'Company') announces that today it purchased for cancellation 270,000 Ordinary Shares of £1.00 each in the Company at an average price, before expenses, of 79 pence.
As a result of these purchases and cancellations, the Company has 147,594,402 Ordinary Shares of £1.00 each in issue.
Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 147,594,402.
The above figure of 147,594,402 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
