Appointment of New Chairman

Ingenious Media Active Capital Limited ('IMAC') is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mike Luckwell, as Chairman with effect from 26 January 2008.
Mike Luckwell has over 30 years' experience in the media sector. In 1970 he
founded The Moving Picture Company which was sold to Carlton Communications in
1983, making him the largest shareholder in Carlton and the Group's Managing
Director. He was also the largest single shareholder in HIT Entertainment which
was sold to Apax in 2005. He was formerly a member of the Advisory Board to
Ingenious Ventures Limited, the manager for IMAC and has been a director of IMAC
since 15 February 2007.
Tony Ball, Chairman of IMAC since the IPO in April 2006, informed the company
that he wishes to step down to concentrate on his other business interests. He
will resign from the board on 25 January 2008.
Tony Ball said:
'I have enjoyed my time with IMAC and we have achieved much since the IPO, with
16 investments now made in a total of 13 companies. My other business
commitments in Europe now mean that it is time for me to move on.
'I am delighted to be able to hand over the chairmanship to Mike Luckwell, whose
track record of successful investment in the media sector will continue to be
invaluable to IMAC.'
Mike Luckwell, said:

board and we wish him well as he pursues his other business interests across
